A deeply vulnerable moment on the piano in my parents' home, the instrument upon which i learned to play. Truly, a song is birthed in this very moment, and one can feel the tenderness of that. The song is inspired by the sense of loneliness that a visionary soul often feels, and also by the photograph called 'Dreamland' by Peter Lik, a large print of which is hung in the living room of my parents' home. (2019)
