Let the earth rise Don't hold back Let the earth rise We will rise with her Let the earth rise There's no need to fear The Truth is being revealed

about

A love song of truth for the people of earth to sing, with a choir and band representing 13 nations of the world, inviting all beings to rise with our Great Mother in this riveting and hopeful age of purification!

"This song came through in 2020 during the covid lockdowns as a few dear friends were contemplating, praying and envisioning global regeneration together. To me, the clearest and most unifying message that was coming through from so many wise elders during that perplexing epoch was: 'Things aren't getting worse, folks...the truth is just being revealed'. We need not fear whatever's going on in the environment. The challenges of purification are welcome, as we continue to call and respond to the movements of Nature and the Creator. We as a species are being called to become more sensitive to the purification of the planet, a complex process spurred by ecology and divinity, resulting in the rising of Consciousness. The craving of the people for Unity in the midst of extreme alienation begs for the magnanimous song of a choir, an embodied and vocalized call-and-response that can help us feel expansive, together. Hence, Let The Earth Rise!

Production wise . . . I recorded a guide track and sent it to big brother Concord who (per usual) melted my heart and danced me silly with his vocal poetry and bassline groove. I then reached out to 30+ musicians around the world who I knew might have a home studio, and a dozen or so came to the email party! The track was elevated to new heights when a sweet soul legend of the music world contributed the choir lead parts (she cannot be named do to record label rules). The recorded files were then lost for a while until Spirit uncovered them, and brother Mateo Maclean agreed to mix the song here. We give thanks and praise." - JKE
